When will I receive my pre-order products?

On the pre-order page, you can find the expected delivery times for all pre-order items on the right product page.
Please note: this is an estimated date. 
If we are unable to meet the expected delivery time, we will of course notify you right away.

I've ordered available products as well.

Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. This means your entire order will be delivered when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped.

Would you like to receive the available items earlier? No problem! We do charge €5.95 in shipping costs for this.
Just send us a message at [email protected], and we’ll make sure your order is split and the available items are shipped separately.
