How long does it take to process my return?

We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days.
If your return hasn’t been processed after this period, please contact us at [email protected]. 

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, we will initiate your refund right away.
You will receive the amount within 5 business days, via the payment method you originally used.

I paid for my order with a gift card/exchange-voucher. How does the refund work?

When you return an order that was paid with a gift card or exchange voucher, the refund will be issued back onto that same gift card/exchange-voucher. You can then use it again for a new order.
