Not happy with your order or picked the wrong size? No worries: you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• A €10 fee applies for returns outside our return portal

Return costs

• Netherlands: €6.95 via DHL/DPD

• Belgium & Germany: €7.95 via DHL/DPD

• Austra: €8.95 via DPD

• Prefer a size-exchange? Then your return label is free!

Wrong size? Easy exchange!

1. Register your return in our return portal with your order number and email address.

2. Select the right size (only visible when available) and receive a free return label. Sale items only come with a free shipment of the new size.

3. Drop off your parcel at a DHL/DPD point and your new size will be shipped with free delivery. Please note that products may have gone out of stock, while you wait to drop off your return.

4. Some products on the website might be pre-order items, these won't be visible as an exchange. We suggest you choose store-credit to order these.
