Sometimes DHL/DPD may deliver your package to a neighbour without clearly indicating this. Therefore, always check whether your package was delivered there.
If not, please wait 24 hours to see if your package is delivered later.

My package is being returned to the sender

If your package cannot be delivered, for example, due to an incorrect address, it will automatically be returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it back, we will contact you to resend it to you.
